13 simple sweets without baking

Sweet sausage

Ingredients:

  • 100 grams of butter
  • 200 grams of shortbread
  • 80 grams of walnuts
  • 2 tbsp. cocoa spoons
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of sugar
  • 3 tbsp. spoons of milk

Cooking:

1. Drain in a frying pan and chop walnuts.

2. Grind the cookies in a blender or rolling pin and add to the nut mass.

3. In a separate saucepan, mix the sugar and cocoa, add the milk and bring to a boil.

4. Add butter and chopped nuts with biscuits. Mix well.

5. Form a sausage from the resulting mass and send to the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

"Sausage" with straws

Ingredients:

  • 0.5 kg of vanilla straw
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 0.5 kg toffee or “cow” candy

Cooking:

1. Toffee and butter melt in a water bath, stirring constantly.

2. Spread the straw in a row on baking paper smeared with butter.

3. Pour the hot mixture of toffee and oil on the straw and properly leveled.

4.Roll the straw into a roll and send to the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

"Sausage" of corn sticks

Ingredients:

  • 100 grams of sweet corn sticks
  • 400 grams soft toffee
  • 150 gr of butter

Cooking:

1. Toffee and butter melt in a water bath, stirring constantly.

2. Add corn sticks to the mass. Mix well.

3. Form the resulting mass in a sausage and send to the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

Anthill

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams of shortbread
  • 150 gr walnuts
  • 100 grams of butter
  • boiled condensed milk - 1 can
  • 1 tbsp. spoon of poppy

Cooking:

1. Beat butter with condensed milk, mix biscuits.

2. Add chopped nuts and condensed milk butter to cookies. Mix thoroughly.

3. Put the mass in the form of a pyramid, sprinkle with poppy seeds and refrigerate for a couple of hours.

Bounty

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 350 grams of coconut shavings
  • 200 gr chocolate

Cooking:

1. Mix coconut chips with condensed milk and make small sausages from the mass.

2. In a water bath, melt the chocolate and dip each coconut sausage into it.

3. Send to the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

Rafaelki

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 200 grams of butter
  • 200 grams of coconut shavings
  • 1 cup almond
  • 1 bag of vanilla

Cooking:

1. Mix oil, vanilla, condensed milk and coconut chips thoroughly. Send the mixture in the fridge for an hour.

2. Fry the almonds in a dry skillet.

3. Form the balls from the coconut mass, putting 1 almond inside each bead. Roll each ball in coconut shavings. Put the dessert in the fridge for a couple of hours.

Sherbet

Ingredients:

  • 100 grams of butter
  • 2 white chocolate bars
  • 100 grams of walnuts
  • dried fruits and raisins to taste

Cooking:

1. Cut the white chocolate and soften the butter.

2. Cut the dried fruits, chop the nuts.

3. Mix all the ingredients, make small tiles from the resulting mass.

4. Send to the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

Cake from childhood

Ingredients:

  • soft cookies
  • milk
  • sour cream
  • cottage cheese
  • sugar
  • fruits, nuts, chocolate - optional

Cooking:

1. Put each cookie in the milk and place it in a square.

2. On top, spread out the filling from sour cream, cottage cheese and sugar.

Jelly cake "Garden of Eden"

Ingredients:

  • jelly - 4 sachets
  • low-fat sour cream - half a liter
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • instant gelatin - 40 gr
  • 150 ml of water
  • vanilla sugar - 1 bag
  • berries and fruits

Cooking:

1.Solve the jelly in boiled water.

2. Dissolve gelatin in hot water, add vanilla sugar and mix thoroughly.

3. Whip the sugar with sour cream. Add the gelatin to the sour cream. Put in the refrigerator to freeze.

4. Slice the frozen jelly into slices and place on the base for the dessert, mixing with fruit and berries.

5. Fill the dessert with sour cream and refrigerate overnight.
