What could be nicer than a bowl of hot soup on a cold day? Only rich bean soup with pork. Sharing a detailed recipe.

Cooking method:

Beans soaked overnight in cold water.

Pork leg pour 1.5 liters of water and cook for about an hour, periodically remove the foam. Then fall asleep beans and cook until done.

Salt broth, remove fat from the surface and fry sliced ​​vegetables in it - onions, carrots, peppers, and parsley. Sprinkle with paprika and transfer vegetables to broth. We fill the soup with bay leaf, finely chopped tomatoes and chopped garlic.

Fry the sausage from all sides, cut into circles and lay out in a saucepan with soup. We add salt, if necessary, and give again to boil.

Before serving, cut the meat from the pork leg into small cubes and arrange into plates.

The soup can be seasoned to taste with vinegar or add a spoonful of tomato paste to the vegetable fry.
