Beef Steaks with Chips

You will need
  • - 50 g of softened butter
  • - 1 tsp. dry tarragon
  • - 1 finely chopped young onion
  • - 4 peeled potato tubers weighing 300 g each
  • - 1 tbsp. l sunflower oil
  • - 4 x 200 g beef steak
  • - 4 tomatoes cut in half
Instruction
Preheat oven to 220 ° C. Mix the butter with tarragon and onion. Sculpt the sausage, wrap it in foil and freeze.
Cut potatoes into large slices and boil in boiling water for 5 minutes. Throw in a colander and pour the sunflower oil. Put in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, turning once in the process of cooking.
