Cake coffee and chocolate

You will need

  • - 800 ml of condensed milk
  • - 2 tsp. instant coffee
  • - 7 tbsp. l vegetable oil
  • - 3 tsp. soda
  • - 500 ml of kefir
  • - 50 g dark chocolate
  • - 50 ml of coffee liqueur
Cook the dough. Mix cocoa, 1 tbsp. organic coffee, 1.5 st.l. sugar and flour. In another bowl, beat the eggs and 250 g of granulated sugar, beat until the mass increases 1-2 times, about 5-8 minutes. Mix kefir and soda. Pour kefir mass into the egg and mix. Add vegetable oil and mix again. Then mix the flour mixture with kefir and mix to a uniform consistency.
