Pie with carrots and coconut

Carrot-Coconut Pieis a step-by-step recipe.


  1. 400 g peeled walnuts;
  2. 10 large dried dates;
  3. 1 small orange;
  4. honey
  5. For the filling:
  6. 1.5 kg of young carrots;
  7. 1 fresh coconut;
  8. 100 g cashews;
  9. 2 medium oranges.


With all oranges, wipe off the zest and squeeze the juice.

For a base cake, chop in a blender dates with 2/3 orange juice, 1 tbsp. l. honey and nuts until smooth. Put it in a detachable form, making the sides.

For the filling, clean and grate the carrots on a fine grater. Chop and peel the coconut. Rub on a fine grater. Crush cashews in flour.

Mix the carrots, coconut, the remaining orange juice and zest, season with honey and mix thoroughly.
