Cottage cheese and apple souffle in the microwave

You will need
  • - cottage cheese - 200 g;
  • - Apple - 1 pc .;
  • - chicken egg - 1 pc.
Egg, apple, rinse in running water. In a deep bowl smash a chicken egg. Grate the apple and combine it with the curd. Cottage cheese is better to take not grainy.
Spread curd and apple mass to the egg, and mix all the ingredients with a fork. Cook molds suitable for cooking in the microwave. Put in them the semi-finished product to the top.
Install the filled forms in the microwave, turn it on for 5-7 minutes. Readiness is checked by touching the fingers of the top of the souffle, i.e. if the curd sticks, you should still bake a couple of minutes.
