Brew tea. Ginger pour 150 ml of cold water, cover with a lid, boil for 10 minutes. Mix tea and ginger decoction, add honey. Let stand 10-15 minutes, pour into cups.

  • Drink based on ginger and honey is suitable for the prevention of colds. Ginger is a powerful antioxidant, and honey has a tonic effect.
