Pumpkin with garlic: a quick recipe

Fry pumpkin, cut into cubes, and finely chopped onion, stirring occasionally, in vegetable oil for 15 minutes.During this time, the pumpkin will be soft. Add salt and pepper, close the pan with a lid. Stew 5 minutes. on low heat.

While the dish is steaming, clean the garlic and pass through the press. Put the prepared mass in the pan to the pumpkin, add mayonnaise and mix thoroughly. If during the quenching the selected pumpkin liquid is low, then add a little hot water. Close the lid and cook for another 10 minutes, stirring so as not to burn.

The finished dish sprinkle with finely chopped greens. It can be eaten hot - in the form of a side dish for meat, and cold - as a snack.

  • cheese: 200 g
