How to bake double chocolate chip cookies

You will need
  • - 100 g butter;
  • - 250 g of flour;
  • - 60 g of cocoa;
  • - 100 g of dark chocolate;
  • - 200 g of sugar;
  • - 1.5 tsp. baking powder;
  • - 1 egg;
  • - a pinch of salt;
  • - 100 g toffee.
Melt the butter in the microwave or in a water bath. Mixer mix it with sugar until a thick, viscous mass.
Add egg, cocoa, a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth. Pour the flour and baking powder and knead already with a spoon, as the mass will be very thick. Stir the dough thoroughly and roll into a bowl. Place it in the freezer for half an hour, wrapping with cling film.
Preheat oven to 190 degrees and cover baking sheet with baking paper.
Cut the iris into small pieces. Roll the balls out of the frozen dough and stick a piece of candy into each of them. Cover the toffee hole with a piece of dough and send to the oven on the baking sheet for 20 minutes.
