How to cook cakes a la "Kinder Delice"

You will need
  • Biscuit:
  • - eggs - 2 pieces;

  • - flour - 15 g;
  • - cocoa powder - 15 g.
  • Cream:
  • - Mascarpone cream cheese - 80 g;
  • - Condensed milk - 30 g;
  • - chocolate - 50 g.
Combine in a separate bowl 1 whole chicken egg, 1 egg yolk and 50 grams of granulated sugar. Beat the mixture thoroughly until a fluffy foam is formed. Thus, this mass should be 2 times the previous one.
Add pre-sifted flour and cocoa powder to the sugar-egg mixture. Mix gently up and down.
Mix the egg white that remained with the remaining sugar and whisk thoroughly until a white foam is stable. Gradually introduce this mass to the main one, so that it does not fall down. Thus, the dough turned out for sponge cake.
Cover the baking sheet with a sheet of parchment and place the dough on it, spreading it evenly over the entire surface. In this form, send in a hot oven for about 10-12 minutes. Cool the finished baking and remove baking paper from it.
Cream cheese and condensed milk combine. Beat the mixture until it becomes homogeneous. Cream for future cakes ready.
Split the cooled biscuit cake so that it turns out 2 equal parts. One of them carefully grease the resulting cream, and the second cover the first. In this form, send a treat in the cold for about 30 minutes.
In the meantime, melt any chocolate of your choice either in a microwave or in a water bath.
Chocolate mass lubricate sliced ​​delicacy on all sides. Put it back in the fridge for about a quarter of an hour. Cakes a la "Kinder Delice" are ready!
