  • Baking powder dough - 0.5 tsp.
  • Salt and cinnamon.
  1. To make magnificent curd cakes, we put fresh cottage cheese into gauze, squeeze it well and pass through a sieve.
  2. Add eggs, a pinch of cinnamon, a little salt. If you are a sweet tooth, at this stage, add sugar to taste.
  3. Add cornmeal, fine-grained semolina and baking powder to the curd mass. After mixing, you can safely form the balls. If there is no baking powder, baking soda will replace it. The main thing is not to overdo it, otherwise the finished dish will get an unpleasant taste.
  4. Put a spoon or two dough on the palm, roll up the ball and press lightly with your hands. Roll in flour and remove its excess. Do the same with the remaining dough.
  5. Pour a little oil into the preheated pan and fry the cheesecakes on each side until golden brown. Cook under the lid over low heat.

Hot cheesecakes are tender, airy and incredibly lush. Even if the dessert remains in the fridge until the morning, the taste will not spoil, but the consistency will become more dense. What to file, decide for yourself. It can be sour cream, jam, tea or cranberry juice. In this matter, I recommend to be guided by personal tastes.

Cottage cheese - a great product, which is prepared from cheesecakes, dumplings, casseroles, cheese cake and cheesecakes. What is the secret of success dishes? Dessert, baked in the kitchen oven, is tender and juicy. And if you add a little vanilla in the composition, the treat will receive a pronounced, appetizing and sweetish aroma.

  • Cottage cheese - 300 g
  • Sugar - 100 g
  • Flour - 100 g
  • Yolks - 2 pcs.
  • Salt, vanillin.
  1. Curd cheese with a fork and add a little salt. Introduce sugar, vanillin, yolks and flour.
  2. After mixing, you will get a thick dough. From it, make small syrniki. To produce one blank, take no more than a spoon of mass. To work more conveniently, pre-moisten hands with your hands or brush with oil.
  3. The bottom of the baking tray that you use is covered with parchment. Lightly grease the parchment paper and lay out the blanks. Bake for about half an hour at 180 degrees.

Before serving recommend to supplement the meal with sour cream, fresh berries, or chocolate syrup. These additions will allow the taste to fully reveal. For decoration use mint leaves, and as a drink natural juice is suitable.
