How to cook fish with apples in the oven
You will need
- 500 grams of apples
- 2 tbsp. spoons of butter,
- 1 tbsp. spoon of olive oil,
- a pinch of parsley,
- chili pepper to taste
- a pinch of dry marjoram,
- anise to taste
- 1 kg of fish fillet (sea fish),
- 1 lemon,
- salt to taste
Rinse fish fillets, peel, cut into arbitrary pieces. Pour the fillet pieces with freshly squeezed lemon juice, pepper, salt to taste and season with marjoram.
Rinse the apples, peel, remove the core. Cut the apples into medium thick slices. You can cut into thin slices - to taste.
The dish can be prepared both in a wide pot, and in a form with high sides. If desired, you can bake the fish in a small cauldron.
Grease the form, pot or cauldron with olive oil. Put the circles of apples in the first layer, put the fish on the apples. Sprinkle the pieces of fish with a pinch of parsley and butter. Put the remaining apples on the butter, which are sprinkled with anise
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and place fish with apples in it. Bake for about half an hour. Remove the finished dish from the oven and leave for ten minutes to cool slightly. Serve the fish with apples in the bowl in which it is baked. Top with sprig of fresh parsley.
