How to cook julienne with shrimps and mushrooms

You will need
  • - 1 onion
  • - 2 bell peppers
  • - 20 shrimps
  • - 4 champignons
  • - 200 ml of cream
  • - 150 g of hard cheese
  • - 2 tbsp. l tomato paste
  • - red hot pepper
  • - oregano
  • - vegetable oil
Heat the vegetable oil, put the Bulgarian pepper, cut into pieces, fry for 3-5 minutes, add the onions and mushrooms, mix everything well, salt and pepper to taste. Then add the tomato paste and mix everything.
Simmer for 5-7 minutes with the lid closed, then add the shrimp and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Add the cream, mix everything well and simmer another 7-10 minutes.
Pour the julienne in baking dish. Grate and decorate with hard cheese.
Put in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for about 10-15 minutes. Serve hot Julienne.
