How to cook pasties with meat
You will need
- -8 Art. flour;
- -3 Art. water;
- -2 tsp salts;
- -2 tsp Sahara;
- -150 ml. vegetable oil;
- -1 tbsp. vodka;
- -1 kg of minced meat (any suitable for your taste);
- -2 onions.
Dissolve salt and sugar in water, add vodka and vegetable oil. Portionally add sifted flour, and mix the dough between portions. Knead the dough and put it in a plastic bag. Leave the dough in the bag for one hour.
While the dough is waiting in the wings, prepare the filling. Chop onions finely and lightly fry it in a hot frying pan. Then let it cool and mix it with minced meat. Salt and pepper the filling, add your favorite spices if desired and mix everything well.
Roll out the dough no more than 3 mm thick on the table. With the help of a bowl or any other plate, cut the circles of dough, and remove the rest for the time being.
