In the article we will tell you how to tie a bandage with crochet and knitting. And we will begin with one classical model which can be connected absolutely any size according to your desire.

How to crochet a bandage

The method is very simple, so it is suitable for those who only masters knitting. For work, we need a 2 mm hook, about 10 g of yarn and a hat elastic (size is selected around the head circumference). First row tied with columns without nakida. It is necessary to tie up in advance prepared elastic band of the required size. At the end of the row make a connecting column. Begin to knit the second row like this: first, a single crochet column, then in the 4th loop, knit five double crochets, and leave one air loop between them. Then, in the fourth loop, knit one column without a single crochet and repeat it to the end of the row, and at the end, as usual, make a connecting column. Now proceed to the 3rd row.Attach the working thread to the 2nd side of the dressing and tie up the elastic with columns (again without a nakida), while sticking a hook between the columns of the previous row, on the other side of the dressing. At the end of the row, traditionally make a connecting column. Well, knit the 4th row in the same way as the 2nd. As you can see, in this way there is nothing difficult. And for you to better understand how such a bandage is knitted with a crochet, the knitting scheme will help you, moreover, with the symbols of the actions that we described in the instructions:

How to tie a headband with needles

On the needles you need to dial from 100 to 120 loops (based on the head circumference). We knit all the loops in the first row completely with any selected pattern, and make the first and last loops edgeband. In the second row, the 1st loop is edging, and then knit it with a pattern, well, and the last two loops should be left untied and then the work should be turned. In the third row, remove the first loop as an edge loop and then knit it with a pattern, and the last two loops should be left untied, just like in the previous row. Also, mark the 3rd loop of the edge pin or colored thread. 4 row start with edge loop, and then knit all the loops to the mark and in the same way as in the previous row, mark the 3rd loop from the edge loop.In the 5th row there is again the first loop - edging with the same mark. So you need to do another 12-15 rows (select the number individually). Start again from the edge loop and then knit all the loops to the last mark, then rotate the work. In the next row (again with the first edge loop) after the mark you need to knit 4 more loops, and move the mark to the last loop of the knit ones. The row must be repeated until there are 2 untied loops left on the edge of the marks. In the next row with the edge first loop, we knit all the loops completely, including the two extreme ones, after the mark made. We do the same with the last row. After that, remove all marks and close the loop. Then sew a button and decorate the finished bandage, if you wish. Crocheted flowers, pompons, ribbons and etc. are suitable for decoration.
