Peach Pleasure Pie in sour cream

You will need
  • For the pie:
  • - 900 g canned peaches;
  • - 250 g of flour;
  • - 200 g of sugar;
  • - 200 g butter or margarine;
  • - 50 ml of milk;
  • - 5 eggs;
  • - 2 tsp of baking powder;
  • - vanilla sugar.
  • To fill:
  • - 250 ml of sour cream;
  • - 60 g of sugar.
Spread the softened margarine or butter with vanilla and regular sugar, beat the eggs, pour in the milk. Add flour with baking powder, knead the dough. It will turn out to be watery, pour it into a form in which you will bake a cake.
Smooth the dough. Spread on top of it pieces of canned peaches, you can take the peaches from the compote. Pour a little syrup from peaches - the more fruit and syrup, the more delicious and flavorful the pie.
Bake the cake for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees. Cooking times may vary due to the oven, so check the readiness yourself with a wooden stick.
Mix sour cream with sugar - pouring for peach pie is ready.
Do not cool the finished cake, immediately pour it with sour cream.
Now let the cake cool slightly, soak in the fill. Then cut it into portions, serve with tea or coffee.
