  • in the morning on an empty stomach drink 1 tbsp. water;
  • after 15 minutes - eat 1 egg white;
  • in an hour - a whole grapefruit;
  • after 1.5 hours - another protein.

Such a diet should be repeated about 5-6 times a day.
