  • breadcrumbs - 2 tbsp. l
  • greens oregano - 1 tbsp. l
  • salt - 1 tbsp. l
  • ground pepper - 0.5 tbsp. l
  • egg - 1 piece

Exhaust dough:

  • flour - 500 gr
  • vinegar - 2 tsp
  • lemon juice - 50 ml
  • olive oil - 2 h. L
  • water 250 ml

Sift flour into a wide bowl, pour in oil, vinegar, hot water, lemon juice.Knead the dough smooth in texture, put it on a work surface sprinkled with flour.

Knead the dough by hand for 15-20 minutes until it becomes soft, smooth, pliable. Make a ball, wrap food film and put in the refrigerator for 11-13 hours.

When the right time passes, take the dough out of the refrigerator, divide the chilled into equal parts (5-6 pieces).
