- tomatoes 1 kg;
- Bulgarian pepper (red) 1 pcs;
- 180 onions;
- dill fresh 1 bunch;
- garlic 0.5 pcs;
- 1 liter of water
- 50 gr salt
- 120 g sugar
- Vinegar 9% 100 gr.
Marinade: pour water into the pot, add vinegar, sugar and salt; put on fire and bring to a boil, then remove and leave to cool.
My tomatoes, cut crosswise from the tip, pour for a couple of minutes with boiling water, drain the water. Remove the skin from the tomatoes.
