Spinach Soup With Coconut Milk

In a deep frying pan or saucepan, heat the oil to a moderate temperature. Put onions, garlic and ginger and pass until the onions are transparent. Add spinach and pour water in a few minutes. Bring to a boil and reduce the temperature. Simmer the soup for 15 minutes, then season with coconut milk and fish sauce, salt, pepper to taste and serve.
