Trout baked with dill and lemon

Preheat the oven to 200 C, cover the baking sheet or baking dish with foil. Bread crumb (for its preparation, crush the pulp of dried white bread in a combine) combine with finely chopped onion, chopped dill and garlic, lemon zest, 30 ml of olive oil. Add salt and freshly ground black pepper. Start each trout, brush the fish with olive oil, salt and pepper. Place on a baking sheet and bake until done (about 20 minutes). Serve each fish on lettuce leaves with fresh vegetables and lemon quarters.
